Privacy Notice

Version 2026-08-v2 · Effective 30 August 2026

This notice explains how CCME-MCPS LLC (“CCME-MCPS”, “we”, “us”), based in the United Arab Emirates, collects and uses personal data when you contact us or request a quote through this website. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you provide — your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the vessel, asset or project information and message you send through our contact, engineering-enquiry, anode RFQ and Eco Boss Cap forms.
  • Files you attach — drawings, photographs and specifications you choose to upload to support an enquiry.
  • Technical & usage data — standard server/diagnostic data, and, where you consent, website analytics (see “Cookies & analytics” below).

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To review your requirement and respond with the next steps or a quotation — as steps taken at your request to enter into, or perform, a commercial relationship.
  • To operate and secure the enquiry service, including spam and abuse prevention (rate limiting) — our legitimate interest in a working, secure service.
  • To understand and improve site usage through analytics — only where you have given consent.
  • To detect and fix errors through error monitoring — our legitimate interest in a reliable service.

Attachments

Files you upload are stored in a private storage bucket — never publicly accessible. Our engineers retrieve them only through short-lived, individually-signed links generated when we handle your enquiry. Accepted types are PDF, PNG, JPEG and DWG, up to a set size and file count.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers and partners needed to respond:

  • Supabase — our enquiry database and private file storage (processor).
  • Resend — sends the internal notification to our team and your acknowledgement email (processor).
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics, with IP anonymisation, only where you consent (processor).
  • Sentry — application error monitoring, to keep the service reliable (processor).
  • Our engineering and regional delivery partners, where necessary to respond to your specific enquiry — for example our UK engineering partner (MCPS UK); and, for Eco Boss Cap enquiries originating in Europe, our manufacturing partner Taurus ENG Group. Eco Boss Cap is EcoNavis technology, but your enquiry is not sent to EcoNavis.

International transfers

As an international engineering business using the providers above, your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers’ standard contractual protections) to keep it protected to an equivalent standard.

How long we keep it

How long we retain an enquiry depends on what happens to it:

  • Enquiries that do not become projects — where an enquiry does not progress to a quotation, project or contract, we retain it for up to 24 months after our last substantive contact with you, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it longer.
  • Enquiries that become quotations, projects or contracts — these are retained as part of the applicable commercial and project record, in line with our legal, contractual, accounting and record-retention obligations.
  • Files you attach — kept for the retention period of the enquiry or project they support, and may be removed earlier once they are no longer required.

Applicable legal or contractual obligations may require a different retention period in specific cases. Any unsent draft of a form is saved only in your own browser (local storage) and is never transmitted to us until you submit.

Cookies & analytics

This site works fully without any non-essential cookies. We use optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only to understand how our website is used, and only after you have affirmatively accepted them using the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, analytics is set to a denied state and no analytics cookies are placed; if you reject, or take no action, none are placed. Where analytics does run, IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which restores the banner.

Our Google Search Console verification uses no cookies. The draft-autosave feature uses your browser’s local storage on your device only — it is strictly necessary for that feature, stays on your device, and is not used for tracking.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, and its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
