Heritage & capability

Forty-five years of corrosion-control engineering.

CCME-MCPS carries forward the MCPS engineering heritage — a marine corrosion-control lineage dating to 1981 — applied today through controlled Middle East manufacturing capability and an international engineering network.

How we work

A lean core, amplified by the network.

A compact core engineering and commercial team, amplified by joint-venture personnel, manufacturing teams, subcontractors, diving teams, regional engineers and strategic partners. Direct headcount alone doesn't reflect real delivery capacity.

Augment engineers, never replace them

Every tool we build — enquiry workflows, calculators, future AI-assisted features — exists to improve the information an engineer receives. Design decisions and sign-off always sit with a qualified person.

Standards vs certifications, kept distinct

We're explicit about what we design to industry standard versus what we hold formal certification for — a distinction technical buyers scrutinise closely.

Business Development, not Marketing

No traditional in-house marketing department — business development capability exists across the group through directors, engineers, regional partners and joint ventures.

Design

Every design references a named standard — DNV, ISO, NORSOK or NACE — not an internal-only method a client can't independently check.

Survey

Close interval and condition surveys follow a documented methodology, not an ad-hoc site visit — the same approach whichever engineer is on site.

Manufacturing QA

Cast product is tracked by heat number and batch, dimensionally verified before dispatch, with certification available for the standards it's claimed against.

Inspection

Findings are recorded against the protection criterion specified for that project, not a generic pass/fail — the report shows the actual basis for any recommendation.

Commissioning

Every installed system is verified against its design output before handover, with a commissioning report as standard, not an optional extra.

Documentation

Design calculations, drawings, certification and as-built records are retained per project — not scattered across whoever happened to run it.
